At EPIK, all labels and packaging are custom printed to your specifications. Because each order is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error on our part.

Proof & Approval Process Before any order is printed, we will send you a digital proof for your review and approval. Once you approve the proof, you are confirming that the design, size, colors, and all details are correct. Approved orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds & Replacements We will only offer a refund or reprint if we made a mistake (for example, we printed the wrong design, size, or material that differs from your approved proof). In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Custom orders that have been approved and printed correctly are non-refundable and non-returnable.
